TECHNOCRATS was founded by Engr. Sikander Sultan Shamsi in 1977 with its main office located in Karachi – the biggest business center of Pakistan. Engr. Sikander Sultan Shamsi completed his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, and later completed his M.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology, Manchester, UK in 1974 With Technical Trainings in Turkey, Germany and Japan, he has over 40 years experience in Automotive Engineering, Research, Materials Planning, M&R, Project Management, Bulk Solids handling, Logistics, and Trading etc. in the fields of Automotive Industry, Cement Industry, Petroleum, Chemicals, Automation, Food and Packing Plants etc. Mr. Sikander Shamsi is also an author of several technical papers published in USA and Pakistan by the Society of Automotive Engineers, SAE, USA, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME, USA and the Institution of Engineers, IE, Pakistan and some local and foreign magazines. We have successfully established ourselves as Representatives of a good number of Industry Leaders in High Technology products. Today we represent manufacturers from USA, Canada, Europe, China, Taiwan and Singapore etc. This has given us a very wide range of High Quality, High Technology products for Special and General application.
